Cornerstone is a handful of messy, imperfect people from all corners and walks of life who are looking to build their lives around the person of Jesus and the story of God still unfolding among us.
If you look at Jesus’ life, you’ll see a Rabbi who taught openly, a Friend who shared meals with the sinful and rejected, and a Shepherd who healed anyone brave enough to come His way. We want to be like that. We want to teach and learn the Good News; we want to be stubbornly knit together in faithful communities of sinners and saints; and we want to bravely pursue the hard work of healing and renewal.
Cornerstone is a church, but we’re also hoping it becomes a family that welcomes anybody and everybody, not just in theory, but in practice. We meet every Sunday and throughout the week in the hopes of looking a little more like Jesus each time.
