• What are 2-3 of your favorite theological/ministry books and why?

• Share a few examples of past direct reports you’ve managed in a church environment and ways you helped them to grow.

• Share a few examples of ministry initiatives you’ve started, along with an approximate number of persons involved and the overall effectiveness.

• Briefly reflect on your experience and comfort with each of the three streams.
