Tech-fast: Advent is about waiting. In our time, we use distractions to soften the uncomfortable feeling of waiting. What do you do when you're in a long line, waiting for an appointment, or sitting at a traffic light? If you're like this writer, you get your phone out. In the season of Advent, we’re going to encourage y'all to let yourselves feel the wait by fasting from your tech. Any time you are waiting, keep that phone in your pocket. Look around, strike up a conversation, pray...feel the wait!
