We’re looking for a high-trust teammate to oversee the financial operations of Cornerstone Church. You’ll keep our finances running smoothly, manage payroll and donations, and work closely with the Rector, Director of Operations, Vestry Treasurer, and our external bookkeeping service — freeing ministry leaders to focus on the unique work God has called them to do.
What You’ll Do:
Process payroll and coordinate employee benefits
Manage donations, offering counts, deposits, and donor records
Oversee bills, reimbursements, and routine financial operations
Work with our accountant/bookkeeping service on reconciliations, reporting, and audits
Assist with budgeting, quarterly and monthly financial reporting, and special projects
Maintain internal controls to safeguard resources and prevent errors
Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and solve problems before they arise
Participate in staff meetings, midday prayer, and church events
What We’re Looking For:
A person who is regularly worshipping with the Cornerstone Tulsa community
4+ years of accounting or financial management experience
QuickBooks proficiency; Microsoft Office or Google Apps skills
Payroll and benefits experience preferred
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
High integrity, discretion, and emotional maturity
Team player with a servant-hearted, collaborative attitude
Alignment with Cornerstone Tulsa’s mission, values, and rhythms of church life
Comfortable working on-site ~24 hours per week

We are seeking a Kids Ministry Coordinator to join the Cornerstone Kids Ministry Team of Kids Director, Megan Davis, and Serve Team Coordinator, Aubrey Jimerson.
This role will ensure smooth, safe, and joy-filled environments where children and families grow in the way of Jesus.
The role is a dynamic combination of hands-on operations and logistics for Sunday ministry, supporting kids curriculum development, and coordination of kids discipleship programming and childcare that supports families beyond Sunday mornings. This role will require independent work as well as significant team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Own weekly Sunday operations: prepare classrooms, print curriculum materials, set up rooms and basic AV, stock/restock supplies, and ensure spaces are clean and ready before every service. Maintain a safe, orderly, welcoming environment for children, families and serve team members.
Manage inventory & purchasing: maintain supply lists, forecast needs, place orders, reconcile receipts, and track spending against budgeted amounts.
Set up and maintain basic tech and administrative systems: attendance tracking, printing, AV basics.
Prepare and support curriculum delivery: collaborate with the Kids Director to prepare Sunday curriculum lesson kits, print leader guides, and ensure materials align with the discipleship pathway and liturgical calendar.
Coordinate Kids non-Sunday event logistics including special events, evening childcare and midweek kids programming as it is developed in collaboration with the Kids Director. Collaborate with Serve Team Coordinator to staff events and childcare. Prepare, lead, and attend these events.
Perform physical setup and teardown for ministry spaces, including moving supplies and setting up rooms for Sundays and events.
Attend regular staff collaboration in the shared office and coordinate closely with the Kids Director and Serve Team Coordinator.
Requirements:
Prior experience working with kids. Teaching experience preferred. Understanding of child development principles and demonstrated ability to implement curriculum resources.
Demonstrated curriculum or program creativity: evidence of planning or contributing to age-appropriate elementary programming, lesson planning, or event activities during interview.
Strong operational and administrative skills: experience with inventory tracking, online ordering, attendance tracking, basic office tech/printing, and maintaining repeatable systems.
Proactive communicator: provides clear written and verbal updates and status.
Clear, warm, and joyful presence with kids and families; strong interpersonal skills for working with kids, parents, and volunteers
Physical ability to perform setup/teardown tasks: able to lift/move supplies and arrange rooms as needed for programming.
Local/on-site and schedule reliability: able to work on-site in Tulsa, OK; willing and able to work Sunday mornings (required) and at least one evening per week or occasional off-hours for events.
Commitment to Cornerstone Church: regular attendance or willingness to become a congregant

SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Facilities Director with maintenance and upkeep of the Cornerstone Tulsa and Rockford Mission properties, as well as assist with event setup/teardown, cleaning, and special projects. Employment for this position is subject to a 60-day trial period, starting from date of hire, during which performance and fit for the role will be evaluated by the Facilities Director. Cornerstone Tulsa reserves the right to terminate employment at any time if performance standards are not met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Facilities Director with all tasks related to the maintenance, upkeep, and event usage at the Cornerstone Tulsa and Rockford Mission facilities, this includes but is not limited to:
Ensure buildings are orderly and operational for services and everyday usage
Set-up and tear-down for events.
Additional cleaning, as needed, beyond services provided by the janitorial contractor.
Additional groundskeeping, as needed, beyond services provided by the landscaping contractor.
Assist with small construction projects, installations, etc.
Assist the Facilities Director with other special projects as they arise.
Attend one-on-one meetings with the Facilities Director.
Work Monday-Thursday, schedule of hours to be set with the Facilities Director upon hiring.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years of maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction experience, preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and be willing to work at heights (this role involves the use of ladders and rooftop work).
Must be able to provide their own transportation, as sometimes you will need to travel between our two facilities.

SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and congregants seeking to utilize Cornerstone Tulsa’s building for events such as weddings, funerals, and other milestone events. The Events Coordinator would be responsible for communication and logistics for all parties to ensure a successful event, including meetings, facility tours, and being present for the scheduled events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the point of contact for all members and congregants seeking to use Cornerstone Tulsa’s building for milestone events (weddings, funerals, etc.).
Work with Director of Operations, Care Pastor, and officiant to secure date(s) for event(s) and ensure all steps in the event workflow are completed in a timely manner.
Work with the Director of Operations and/or Facilities Director to book space(s) for the event, discuss set-up needs, and coordinate cleaning and resetting the space after the event.
Be available to meet with couples or families to walk through the spaces available for events, discuss set-up/tear-down and decorations, and make sure all parties are aware of and in agreement with Cornerstone’s facility usage policies.
Act as the event coordinator for weddings where a couple may not have hired a coordinator. If they have hired a coordinator, work together to ensure a successful event that abides by our facility usage policies.
Manage time and set expectations with congregants up front, to keep overall coordinator time commitment to no more than 8 hours per event.
Be present for event(s), which may include opening, closing, and securing the building.
